Hi! I'm Andy and I'm the founder and owner of Evolve your Fitness.
I have worked in the fitness industry for more than twenty five years, delivering over 25,000 hours of training sessions with clients ranging from competitive athletes to first time gym users.
My style of training changed after I sustained a serious back injury 12 years ago. I developed the physio exercises prescribed for me and quickly noticed how my recovery was speeding up.
I eventually recovered completely around three months earlier than predicted.
These training techniques have had impressive results with competitive sports people ranging from runners and cyclists to boxers and rugby players along with clients trying to stay fit and mobile.
Better balance, posture and core strength equal better performance with less energy expended.
